As mentioned in Pair’s Hosting Privacy Policy, Pair Networks collects certain data and confidential information from customers relating to our web site hosting and domain registration services, and this DPF Privacy Statement applies only to that data and confidential information submitted to us. This DPF Privacy Statement does not apply to, nor does Pair Networks certify EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, or Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) compliance regarding, data or confidential information that is submitted to another person or entity for whom Pair Networks may provide hosting or domain name registration services, but regarding which we exercise no authority or control. Self Assessment of Compliance

An officer or other authorized representative of Pair Networks, who has familiarized themselves with the Data Privacy Framework requirements and the actual performance of the company with respect to its policies and procedures, has and will, at least once a year, undertake a self-assessment to assure that our published DPF Privacy Statement is accurate, comprehensive, prominently displayed, completely implemented, accessible, and conforms to the seven Data Privacy Framework Principles of Notice; Choice; Accountability for Onward Transfer; Security; Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation; Access; and Recourse, Enforcement and Liability. As part of this annual self-assessment we further confirm that employees are receiving appropriate training with respect to privacy and further that periodic, objective reviews of compliance are in place. A statement of such compliance, signed by the officer or authorized representative, is signed and retained. A copy will be made available upon request.

Transfer of Personal Data Outside of the EEA

a. Pair Networks is Headquartered in the United States — Pair Networks processes Personal Data as described in our Domains Privacy Policy in our home country, the United States of America. In order to receive personal data transferred from countries in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Pair has certified its compliance with the above principles. Accordingly, we process Personal Data received from the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland on the basis of our participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF).

b. Transfers to Other Third-Country Legal or Natural Persons — Personal Data we receive from the EEA/UK/Switzerland may be further shared with other legal or natural persons also located outside of the EEA/UK/Switzerland (either Data Controllers, or service providers under contract to us or to a Data Controller) for the purposes described in this DPF Privacy Statement.
