Reporting Abuse
Abuse reports can be directed to us by email or phone. Our email and phone reporting lines are monitored 24/7.
Abuse reports can also be faxed to us. Our fax reporting line is monitored only during our normal business hours.
Abuse Report Response, Tracking, and Handling
A response will be generated to all well-founded abuse complaints within 24 hours of receiving the complaint. Fully investigating and taking complete action on a complaint may take longer than 24 hours.
All complaints are tracked internally using a ticketing system.
Complaint handling will vary depending on the nature and severity of the reported offense.
